6. Social-platform integrations
The JovanniAI – Elite Public Speaking Publishing integration is used to connect social accounts that EPS is authorized to manage and to support approved organic publishing. Depending on the platform and permissions granted, the integration may process:
EPS uses this information only to authenticate authorized accounts, verify the intended destination, publish or manage expressly approved content, maintain an audit record, and measure results. The integration is not authorized to read private messages, publish without required approval, contact customers automatically, activate advertising, or spend money.
Platform tokens and credentials are kept in access-controlled systems and are not published in page content or shared with unrelated third parties. You may revoke a platform connection through the applicable platform settings. You may also request deletion of integration data by emailing jovanni@elitepublicspeaking.com with the subject “Privacy Request – Social Account Data.” After verifying the request and any authority to control the account, EPS will delete or de-identify the applicable integration data unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
